Snow had come over the mountains, hidden in the deep core of the Earth Kingdom. After Kei left them, no visitor was seen for the whole winter and Iris eventually felt safe enough up there to loosen a bit on her rules: now Ilah was allowed to get to the river all alone, and since her firebending skills also improved, sometimes her mother even let her go hunting. The only things Ilah really missed were her father and lady Lien: sometimes she woke up at night, believing she was still at the Royal Palace and that she had to wait only a few hours to see them in the morning. Then she hugged her doll, knowing that she wasn't going to see them again. She tried to talk her mother about it, but every time she mentioned her father, she had gotten so angry Ilah was almost scared: apparently he was guilty of high treason... though Ilah had studied high treason with Lien and she could hardly believe her father could do such a thing. First of all because he was the Emperor: how could the head of the state conspire against it? But mom was deaf to any argumentation she presented so Ilah eventually gave up.

Living on the mountains wasn't bad, anyway. They had a field to grow crops, a nice, solid house made of stone, hidden between the peeks. They had their own pool, concealed in a cave and enlightened by reflecting gems: she even learned how to warm up the pool without making all the water evaporate and when the fire was lightened up, that place was magical. Even Sozin liked it and they had great times together. She wasn't sure of the reason why she couldn't talk to him when they were both at the Royal Palace, but now that they lived together she grew to like him. He was a nice brother, afterall. He had a lot to learn, yet she loved to teach him, and above all she enjoyed spending so much time with her mother: they never had so much fun when they were in the Fire Nation... though mom wasn't happy. Now that she was 8 years old she could see it.

Ilah crossed the field covered by snow: temperature was slowly warming up as the day passed, but she was still cold. Mom was busy cooking lunch and Ilah knew she had a few hours free before the afternoon classes, so she took her makeshift sledge and made it slide down the path heading to the river. A snowdrift stopped her and she stepped down the sledge. It was then, that something unusual cought her attention. "Stay here" she told her doll, examining the pawprint. It was an unusual mark, far bigger than the ones she used to see on the mountains... and there were many more, on the other side of the river. She had seen those kind of pawprints before... but what could a mongoose dragon do over there? They were cold blooded animals, it was too cold for them up on the montains. She cautiously crossed the river, following the pawprints.

He held forcibly the reins -almost hanging on them, trying to keep that stupid overgrown lizard under control. Qiang kept on shaking his serpent-like head, hissing and growling angrily: Antk had to dodge at least two times his whip-like tail, which slashed all the white snow fallen on the frosty ground during the winter months. Stupid beast... also a kid would be able to find that tracks! It was a stubborness war. Stupid lizard versus looking-for-his-family man. He missed them so much... he felt his heart squeezing in pain at the tought, and he held the rope stronger. And after some minutes the opponent gave up. Qiang snorted and lowened his scaly muzzle, never stopping to gaze at him with nasty reptile eyes. He wandered hundred times on how could Iris really appreciate something like... that.

And he surely sniffed his mistress out.
Since that morning he'd been first nervous, the agitated and at least out of control. Iris was the only one who could ride on his back without loosing any limb, and clearly he didn't forget her. Antk felt nervous too, but the lizard catalyzed the most part of his thoughts: only now he could stop and think about what was happening. The sweat sarted soon cooling long his back, and the man find himself (again) trembling like a chick under the rain. That place was far too inhospitable for a common man: how could his wife, born and grown in a tropical island, live there? With her two kids?! Was she really able to hunt? And what if one of them got sick? What if ALL of them got sick months ago, alone, on the top of a cursed lonely mountain? Would they be able to survive? And if... if Qiang sniffed a corpse's smell? If he was going to guide him towarsd three lifeless bodies? The man bit his lips and held the tears, repeating to himself that it was only a stupid, a foolish thought: Iris would never let die one of her kids. Not even if she got sick first. Oh, it was time to stop thinking and do something, or he would soon madden with anguish.

He extracted the piece of cloth that once was an Ilah's dress and put it in front of the reptyle's nostrils: Qiang gazed at him with an annoied look, like he thought “Oh, no... not this again!”, but he couldn't avoid to smell it and sniff around again: animal istinct was his first leader. He slowly turned his head towards the small river flowing close to them and moved carefully long the riverside. Maybe there was something, but uneasy to track: reptyle noses don't fit to the snow... but he had all the time until the world's end, because he wouldn't stop before without finding his family.

Ilah followed the track inside the forest, inside their hunting ground, and then back again to the river. It looked like the large beast had been circling that spot for hours. She took off one of her gloves to touch the snow: it was fresh, the mark still well defined... probably the reptile was still around. A voice in her thoughts reminded her she'd better tell her mother instead of investigating, if she wanted to keep the right to wander around all alone. She stood up, moving a low branch out of her way. Her hair was now longer and Iris tied it in a low braid, though she never actually learned how to work out the elaborate hairstyles she used to wear, and the only thing she could obtain was that messy braid. Not that it particularly mattered, since no one else was going to see it, anyway.

Ilah crowled under an evergreen bush, forcing her way out to the stream through the fastest path possible, one that a mongoose dragon surely couldn't take: she was a smart child, afterall. She was still hiding under the bushes when she heard the reptile's cry. She froze, realizing it was closer than she thought. She snooped outside her hiding place, catching something moving on the opposite side of the river. It was too far to see it properly, but it looked like a mongoose dragon and it wasn't alone. Her eyes widened in surprise: there was a man holding it reins. She had to find a way to tell mom before they saw her. She nervously looked up, trying to get a clear sight of the rocks above them, where their new house was hidden: too far. The only way to get up there was crossing the river... but there was no way to do it without being spotted. She had to trick them away somehow.

She remembered playing with Qiang when she was younger, she knew how easily distracted he could get when he was hungry... maybe this reptile wasn't all that different... she crawled back to the forest, checking all the traps mom set around, till she found something, on her second attempt. There was a mouserabbit held in their net. She cautiously took it out, holding it tightly enough to make sure it wasn't going to escape, and went back. The reptile was now closer, a few steps and they would probably notice her doll, laying on the riverside. She couldn't let that happen!

Ilah went the closest she could get without being noticed, moving silently among the plants covered by snow, and when she was close enough she set the mouserabbit free, shoving it in the direction opposite to their house, hoping that would lead the reptile and its owner far away.

Maybe... maybe that was the right time. Qiang's pupils tweaked and he yanked the reins, as his nostrils approached to the river's shore. The wet gravel seemed to be moved, as something was passed there not so long ago. Was that... a footprint? He held the reins, he didn't want the reptyle to spoil the light shape printed on the ground, but he never could be able to give a closer look. Suddenly something attracted the animal's attention. Qiang hurled right, fast as only a predator can be. Antk had just the time for a faint exclamation of surprise, when he felt his boots' soles slipping on the icy ground; soon after his head hit one of the large stones that lay on the shore, and all around him become black. In the meantime the reptyle was running after his prey, enjoying his freedom and the idea of a warm, furry snack in his jaws. The midday sun was warm enough to let him move faster than before, and soon fulfilled his desire. The real problem came afterwards. Qiang realised that his stomach was far from being comfortably full. And... well, that dude on the ground didn't smell that bad...

It worked. Or, at least, it looked like it did, at first. Ilah saw the reptile glancing at the mouserabbit, and then sprint to catch it. Its owner, however, didn't seem able to control the animal properly, it looked more like the contrary. Ilah watched the scene with a frown of disapproval. You shouldn't take such a dangerous animal around if you can't control it. Didn't anyone teach him? She saw the reptile take over, the man fell to the ground and then... nothing. He didn't move. She waited a couple of second, unsure of the next course of actions. Was she supposed to run? But what if the man was conscious? Mom made extremely clear she had to be sure she wasn't going to be seen under any circumstance and no matter what. Maybe, if she was fast enough... she crawled out of the bushes and ran towards the river, without loosing eye-contact with the man on the ground. She slowed down as she reached her sledge. He still wasn't moving. Ilah took her doll and the sledge up.

The reptile was now back, and it sniffed its master as if it was going to eat him... then he sniffed around and it seemed to notice Ilah. The child stood still, without fear, and the mongoose dragon motioned in her direction. It really looked like Qiang. The reptile slowed down as it reached Ilah and the child blinked in surprise, slowly walking closer and closer. The reins were hanging loose on its side and Ilah took them. Exactly like the one she used fot Qiang... "Qiang?" she asked, surprised. She caressed the big reptile and it seemed to enjoy it. Yes. She would have recognized it everywhere, that was Qiang, but how did it end up there?

"Come with me" she decided, walking up the cliff and dragging the reptile along. Soon she reached the house carved in the stone. "Mom! Mom!" she cried, running through the field with Qiang at her side. Iris opened the window, she was about to complain for Ilah's timing, but when she noticed the reptile with her she left what she was doing to run outside. "Where did you get this... Qiang?!" she asked, as she was close enough to recognize the animal. "There's a man next to the river. He came with Qiang. I don't know who he is, but he hit his head and Qiang wanted to eat it and I took Qiang away..." she explained.

Iris nodded, waving to shut her up. "Get inside, close all the windows and take care of your brother. I'll fix this" she decided, looking directly in Qiang's eyes. "Look who's back" she grinned, tightening her grip on the reins as she jumped on its back. She could feel the animal displeasure at that gesture, but she didn't let him complain: she hit him with a harsh kick, encouraging it to get down to the stream.

Ilah was right. There was a man there. Iris stepped down the reptile, motioning it away. The snow beneath his head was stained with blood. It took her a long moment to realize she knew that man. "Antk?". Then she felt something. She wasn't exactly sure of what it was: she hated that man and there was a blind anger... but he was injured, powerless. That wasn't the kind of death she had in mind for him, after all what he did! Qiang jerked the reins, but she held her grip tightly. It could feel she was nervous, but it wasn't helping. Iris grumped, uncertain. She couldn't leave him there like that. Could she? She walked back and forth a couple of times, then she decided to go back home. She had almost reached the slope when she stopped again. "You don't deserve this" she informed him, carrying his unconscious body on Qiang's back.

At first there was only pain. Something pulsating, strong and dull. He felt air filling his lungs as he tried to groan, but nothing but a faint hiss came from his dry throat. It was his head: it hurt really bad. He felt he was lying somewhere warm, and had a rough blanket over his body. Instinctively he tried to open his eyes: his eyelids were so heavy... he was inside something that looked like a house. He felt safe there, although he didn't know the reason. His sight was still bleary; there was not so much light in the room, and it came all from a little fire that was burning softly out of his sight. He could hear the wood crackling from the heat and a slight scent of ashes. His arms laid on the sides of his body. He lifted his hands (they were heavier then his eyelids) out of the blanket to find the source of his pain, but the first thing he met was a bandage. His fingers followed with fatigue the cloth all around his head, towards the paining spot. He was not able to touch directly it because it was covered, but as he approached the pain didn't go away.

That effort was big enough to leave him without energy, and he let his arms fall again on the cover. The only thing he wanted was to stop his sufference, but he didn't know how. And luckily his head was the only thing paining there. He tried to turn his head and beat his eyelids to give a better look around, but the improvements came slower than he expected. It was... frustrating. He... he wanted to do something. Anything. He didn't like to stay stuck in a bed. He started feeling a bit nervous and anxious in the same time, as there was something he had to do - and unable to do. It was enough. He collected all the energies he could, grabbed the bedding with both his hands and pushed... pushed until he felt his chest upright. And he had to keep on grabbing the blanket, because suddenly the room started to spin around him crazily. He felt a slight sickness. A faint moan came from his throat, but he didn't realize it. He shut strongly his eyes and breathed slowly, hoping that the bad feeling was going to pass away soon.

Ilah was playing next to the fire when she heard an odd noise coming from the bedroom where her father was resting. "Mom!" she called, grabbing her doll while she moved over to check what was going on. Iris, though, was faster. She pushed the child behind, shaking her head with disapproval. Antk had already hurt that child enough: she wasn't going to let him do any more harm to her. When she got into the room she found him trying to stand up. Was he crazy? "Don't move if you want to live" she ordered, not even realizing that could sound as a threat. She probably wouldn't have minded to kill him herself in a regular Agni Kai. She just couldn't let him die like that. It was too unrespectful for a member of her own family, even after everything he did.

As she got closer Iris immediately noticed his eyes were absent, looking for the light: he probably couldn't even see her "Easy, easy... you've been unconscious for a couple of days, your wounds are not yet healed, so just lay down and wait for once!" she insisted taking place on the bed, next to him. Before he could even focus on her words she took care of it by herself, as she always did, holding his shoulders to push him back to bed and at the same time keeping him to make sure he wasn't just falling on the mattress and hit his head again.

"Now... how many are these?" she asked, waving four fingers right under his nose. "Mom?" asked Ilah, appearing on the door that very moment. Iris snorted, clearly annoyed by that interruption. She quickly got up and reached the child, dragging her out of the room "I told you to stay out of this room: that's not a show for a fine lady. Now... we need something to eat, so get out there and find us dinner" she harshly replied. Ilah gave her mother a shy look, quickly disappearing outside. She hasn't seen her so angry in months: clearly it had something to do with her father's arrival, but he had been sleeping the whole time! She was pretty sure he couldn't do anything to make her so upset. If only she could talk to him... to them both together... maybe she could find a way to get her family whole again!

His ears were working properly. He heard a child's voice from the next room, soon replied by another that sounded as an adult woman. She didn't look glad to see him awaken, although she spoke too fast to be understood: suddenly the warmth all around seemed less confortable. But that wasn't his main problem: his head hurt too bad to suffer. He felt her pushing back him towards the bed, and he didn't resist to her; he wished he could see her face, but the things in his sight were all foggy and confused. The sickness vanished, but he didn't feel much better. It was like having a scalpel sticked deep in his skull. He needed something... maybe fresh air? He wasn't capable to focus on what he needed. The only thing he could answer to the woman's question was something that sounded like "Please... make it stop", raising his hands towards his injured head. Without even realising he attempted to change his position on the bed and lay on a flank, but it was an effort he couldn't sustain. Soon he was forced by his own body to stay still and stop moving. Again that child-like voice, and the woman moved away. Again, she seemed displeased for some reason he couldn't know, but he was too busy with his own paint to pay more attention to what was happening in that house.

Iris watched Ilah going out, then she headed back to her bedroom, just to see Antk struggling inside the bed. "You're not going to make this easy, are you?" she asked, sitting next to him. "Stay still, for Agni's sake!" she insisted, a little frustrated now. She leaned above him, trying to keep him in place, while she checked the bandages. A blood stain was now visible on the white cloth. She shook her head "this isn't good. I'll have to change those bandages" she explained in a deep stern voice, articulating her words so that even a child would understand. "Don't move" she ordered again, holding him there for a while to explain what he was supposed to do. When he stops moving she'd decide to let him go, reaching out for a bowl. She took the pot and went back to the kitchen: there was a lever there, she pulled it and a stream of water begun flowing to the sink. She filled the bowl and went back, leaving it on the wooden bedside table. Some clean bandages were already there. She dived her left hand into the water, using her bending to warm it up as much as she needed, then she dipped a piece of cloth inside.

"I need to check that wound" she informed him, motioning towards her husband to loose the bandages, but she soon had to stop, because the blood sticked them to his head. "This won't be pleasant" she added without any regret in her voice. She quickly took the wet piece of cloth and pushed it over the bandages to help release them, ignoring whatever Antk might do to make her stop, till she finally managed to set him free. It was a wide cut, which would have probably required a surgeon, but she couldn't afford it. Going to any city of the Empire with him at her side would have meant being recognized. That even ignoring the fact she had two children to take care of. She couldn't abandon them just because their father decided to act stupid once again. This time Antk would have had to face the consequences of his actions. She was going to do her best to save his life, unless she had to move. That was her limit and if he wanted to survive he'd better not need any more help than what she could give him. Besides... she spent years fighting, seeing people, friends, die. She was injured many times: experience thaught her what she needed, hopefully for Antk her determination to keep him alive would have made the rest.

She was touching his head. Did she really hear him? Was she going to make the pain stop? She kept on talking, he didn't really understand the exact meaning of her words, but there was no threat or anger in her voice. He felt... safe? And without realising, he started to reckon the time passing by with her presence: her voice, the touch of her fingers on him, her absence suggested that he wasn't still, stuck in an eternal present of pain. He suddenly felt a new sensation: the cloth around his forehead being pulled away until something stopped it. And it hurted too. But it hurted in a different way... this new pain was less deep and hard. It seemed to stop for a while. And suddenly it bursted out.

"Hnnnnnn..." His body twitched violently: it was like she was trying to pull his head's skin away. He tried to escape that torment, but he felt clearly he wasn't strong enough. Was he really safe? Was she going to hurt him again? His instinct shouted him loudly to run away, but his body was far too weak to react properly. And... the feeling of fresh air on his injured skin was not that bad. In a certain point of view the new, piercing pain distracted him from the first one. It was like... a relief? Well, he didn't do anything to prevent her from doing whatever she was going to do: all the sensations were so new. Unpleasant of course, but he needed to think about something else, something new, or he would go mad.

Iris dipped the clean cloth inside the bowl once again, using it to clean Antk's wound so it wouldn't get infected. She couldn't help but noticing he didn't speak once since his awakening. He mumbled something, he complained once or twice, but not a single word on what happened, not a single "I'm sorry" even though she really deserved it, if nothing else for saving his life. She stopped what she was doing for a second, wondering: why was it so important? She was supposed to be used to that absence of communication. Was she really so naif to believe things could have gone differently if she spared his life? She let out a deep sigh and put the cloth back inside the bowl, taking the clean bandages and wrapping them around his head instead. She tied them with a knot on Antk's side. "Done. Now rest" she ordered, going back to the kitchen, where Sozin was waiting. She emptied the bowl in the sink, cleaning the bandages and then hanging them aside.

It took a while before Ilah finally came back: she was holding a small mouserabbit and a kind of bird she had never seen before... not that it particularly mattered, once roasted they tasted all the same in that bare land, forgotten by Spirits. Ilah handed over her preys to her mother "light up the fire" ordered Iris, turning back while she killed them with a single blow of her knife. For some reasons, among all the things she taught her daughter, killing was something she couldn't even consider. "Done!" informed Ilah, waiting for further instructions. "Why don't you get Qiang something to eat?" asked Iris, looking for a way to send her as far as she could from her father. She knew how much they loved each other, that would only have made things harder the day Antk would be leaving.

Well, probably it was enough for his first day of awakening. The wound still hurt, but the feeling of the clean skin behind his head was pleasant. He didn't fight any more, collapsing almost instantly soon after the woman left him into a dreamless sleep.

    Giorno 4, metà mattina.

A soft, greyish light filtered from a window on the bed's side, giving a shape to the furniture of the room. Well, 'furniture' was an euphemism. The bed seemed to be the main item there... a small table, a large bowl and something else that was hiding in the shadows. The man stretched carefully his arts; his memories of the evening before were confused... there was a pain (and it still was there) and a woman doing something to his head. Did she make that bandage? He touched a rough knot on his head's side. That was a funny way to tie bandages: he knew somehow that was a pretty clumsy way to fix them, but didn't exactly remember where did he see a right-tied one. But he didn't care too much about it. He realised soon that he was really starving. And he was dehydratated: his mouth was dry and sticky. He massaged his stomach (a few light roars were coming from inside his belly) and managed to raise his chest as he did the night before.

He survived. "That's a first step" he thought, rubbing his eyes. The pain behind his head was different than before: it was much more lighter, and now interested all his head -as he needed fresh air. But food came before. Now that was the legs'turn: he had to sit on the bed and try to stand up, but his arts were heavy as rocks. He snorted, helping himself with his hand in order to pull the legs out of the bed, and in the meantime he started thinking -as his brain was finally awake: why was he in that state? How did he have that wound? Did the woman bring him there? Maybe she had the answers... and some food.

Soon he realised that standing on his feet was not easy as he thought. He swore between his teeth: his knees didn't seem to collaborate, and his legs were weak and trembling (as the rest of his body). He didn't want to crawl towards the door, it was quite humiliating... so he waited for a while, hoping his strenghts were going to come back soon. The fire still crached in the fireplace, he could see it from his bed... and there was a young child in front of it, playing with some wooden blocks. He had dark hair, a light skin and two broad, golden eyes. He didn't seem to notice the man: he kept on playing on the ground, chatting to himself with a soft, high-pitched voice -as young kids often do. Was he the woman's son? In any case, he couldn't help him to walk on his feet or to carry him food. There was only one thing left to do.

"Is anybody in there?" he croacked, trying to sound polite -and finding the sound of his voice really unpleasant.

Ilah was tired: mom was quite upset for something and as a result she had been more strict then even on her training, though she eventually let her go. And even better, she congratulated, telling she now mastered another form. Ilah could feel it, her bending was now stronger than ever. She still would have preferred weaving a daisy chain crown, but she knew mom liked teaching her and she loved making her proud. That was the reason she came back, wasn't it? Ilah stepped outside the tub, wiping herself up with am old rug, then she put her coat on and ran back to the house. Mom had decided to keep practicing alone for a while and she could see her blue flames dashing against the rocks, even from that distance. She was pretty sure she was the strongest bender in the world and she loved watching her... but she was given a task this time: she had to check on Sozin, so she quickly went back, finding him next to the fire. She had piled all the wood logs in the corner of the rooms, but now they were scattered all around the room, and her brother was playing with the. "Sozin! Bad bro!" she complained, taking the log he was trying to eat and then putting him back to his crib.

Sozin didn't seem to like being trapped in there once again, and started trying to climb out once again. "Please, stay there!" begged Ilah, giving him the bison figure Kai gifted him. She was about to tidy up the room when she heard a voice, coming from the other room. Did she imagine it? She hesitated, knowing what her mother would have done if she found out she even got close to that room... but that might have been her only chance to talk to dad. She glanced out of the window, but she couldn't catch any sign of the blue flames from there. She gritted her teeth, she might not have so much time. She left the logs where they were, reaching her mother's room.

Dad was sitting on the bed. Ilah looked around, then she quickly sneaked inside the room, closing the door behind her "hush! Don't yell or she'll hear you!" she whispered. "How do you feel? You get us all worried" she explained "even mom" she added, knowing it was true, even if she wasn't one to admit it.

He didn't expect her to come. She was a little girl, maybe the kid's elder sister. She had like him broad golden eyes and dark hair; the first thing that the man noticed was that she moved like a little princess: upstanding posture and graceful movements. It wasn't the kind of girl you could easily find in a house like that. And... well... probably the autor of her knot was the same of his bandage. Was it her mother? He didn't see any men around, and if he had a family he would never let a stranger stay under the same roof without anyone to monitor him, expecially with two little kids around. Did he trust him so much? How could she let her daughter stay so close with a stranger?

He replied to her whisper with a puzzled glance. She... who? Her mother? So... she didn't trust him so much, and she was doing the right thing. But why did her daughter close the door? Why didn't she want her mother to hear him? There was something wrong. There were two hypothesis: or the girl was really, really reckless or stupid or... there was something wrong with her mother. His mind started wandering if it was going to happen him something unpleasant because of that woman. It wasn't a nice thought. Better not to upset the mother. "If your mother doesn't want you to stay hear you should obey. I don't want to start with the wrong foot with her" he replied, but she didn't let him complete his sentence. She was... so sweet. And said that her mother was worried for him -that meant that she wasn't going to slay him during the night-time or something like that. He took a deep sigh of relief. "You're really kind to ask me" he answered, suddenly remembering why did he call her "Tell your mom I'm really thankful with her and I will repay her as soon as possible... but I'm still very weak, i can't stand up on my feet. Can you please bring me something to eat and some water? And really, please, don't upset your mom...". He spoke without even realising it, but it required a lot of energy. His head was bumping and soaring worse than before, so he closed tight his eyes and rubbed his eyelids, hoping his pain would go away in some way.

"You should obey"? Ilah gave her father an interrogative look. Was he really telling her to listen to her mother? But... he used to be the one who always told her she wasn't supposed to listen to her mom the whole time! That was rather confusing. Was it a new game or something? He should have known she was too old for games now! She considered for a second to agree to his request, but she knew better than do something her mother could so easily track back to her. "I think... it's better if you wait and ask mom yourself, as soon as she gets back. She's training outside, but she won't leave us alone for long" she explained, holding her hands behind her back and swinging back and forth on her feet.

"You know... if she finds out you have eaten already she'll realize someone brought food to you, and since Sozin can't cook she'll know it's been me... which we don't want her to find out" she replied. "Besides... I'm not here for that: I've studied my books, and I think there might be a way to make amends even for high treason. And I missed you so so so so so so so much!" she said with a wide smile, climbing up the bed to hug her father... but before she could add anything else she heard the entrance door opening. Her eyes widened in fear: she quickly jumped down the bed and disappeared outside the room.

"Ilah?" called Iris, with and angered voice. Ilah bit her lip, feeling so guilty she couldn't say anything, so Iris continued "what happened here?" asked while pointing the wood logs all over the kitchen. "Meh, my brother found out how to get out of the crib and went creative" she explained. Iris silently shook her head, using her bending to dry her hair as she walked to the bedroom to check on Antk.
